Vice Provost for Global Engagement
Jane Kucko oversees the Center for Global Engagement and leads her team and faculty on continuing the implementation of comprehensive internationalization across TU. TU’s internationalization plan includes such initiatives as study abroad, TU Global Scholars, and internationalization grants for faculty.
Assistant to the Vice Provost
Brenda Feist oversees administrative functions for the Center for Global Engagement (CGE) office. She manages the office financials, supports the CGE staff and manages Jumpstart for TU’s incoming freshmen.
Lara Foley, Ph.D.
Assistant Provost, Global Education and Director, Global Scholars
Lara Foley directs the Global Scholars program, oversees international visiting scholars and international faculty initiatives. She facilitates and supports curriculum internationalization and assessment of international education programs.

Laura Semenow is responsible for managing Center for Global Education education abroad programs, exchange partnerships & dual degree programs, advising incoming exchange students as well as TU’s students in their pursuit of international experiences.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT SERVICES
Senior Director for International Students and Scholar Services & English Institute
Kim Henderson directs International Student and Scholars Services and the English Institute. She advises and advocates for international students and scholars in order to help them succeed at The University of Tulsa.
Senior SEVIS Compliance Officer
Carla Guthrie serves as the Primary Official for the U.S. Government Student and Exchange Visitor Program. She is responsible for ensuring TU remains eligible to host International students and scholars by compliance with federal immigration regulations associated with SEVIS. Carla educates and advises students and scholars on immigration regulations and best practices.
